Perfect for busy women who need a later class option after work, commuting, dinner, or getting the kids settled for the evening.

This beginner-friendly movement class blends:

  • gentle stretch and breathwork

  • Pilates-inspired core and strength work

  • low-impact bounce movement for circulation and energy

  • mobility and balance training

This is not an intense gym workout and no experience is needed.

Classes are designed to help you:

FOUNDATIONS SERIES

Foundations: Stretch, Strengthen & Reset

Mondays 5:15pm to 6:15pm

If you’ve been wanting to start moving your body again but aren’t sure where to begin, this series was created for you.

This is a beginner-friendly, supportive 6-week program focused on helping you feel better in your body—without pressure, overwhelm, or intimidation.

We’ll build from the ground up using a combination of:

  • stretching and mobility

  • simple, supportive strength (Pilates-inspired core work)

  • breathwork for stress relief and energy

  • gentle, functional movement

  • and a light introduction to rebounding

This is not a drop-in class.

Each week builds on the last, so you can feel real progress, build confidence, and actually understand what you’re doing.

What you’ll gain:

  • improved flexibility and mobility

  • increased core strength and stability

  • better connection to your breath and body

  • more confidence in movement and group classes

  • simple tools you can use outside of class

Details:

  • 6-week series (starting the week of June 15th)

  • Choose your time and commit to that same class each week:
    • Monday 5:15 PM OR
    • Tuesday 12 PM

  • $110 for the full series (that’s around $18 per class)

A calming end-of-week class designed to help you slow down, release stress, and reset your body after a busy week.

Perfect for:

This restorative class focuses on:

  • deep stretching

  • breath-led movement

  • gentle mobility

  • nervous system relaxation

  • grounding and body connection

Expect slow intentional movement, calming breathwork, and restorative poses designed to help your body unwind physically and mentally.

This is your hour to:

  • breathwork and recovery

  • and light rebounding to support energy and endurance
