• You like clear guidance, thoughtful pacing, and purposeful movement
Build From Here is a 4-week foundational yoga series designed to help you deepen your practice gently — without pretzels, handstands, or intimidation.
This is not beginner yoga but it’s also not advanced yoga.
It’s the in-between sweet spot
